Cal State 糖心vlog安卓破解 is committed to reducing the carbon footprint of campus operations, promoting environmental justice, and advancing a culture of sustainability in and out of the classroom.

ZERO WASTE IN ART: EXHIBIT WITH PROFESSOR APOLINARSKI
Core Building, 2nd Floor, near the Library Administration Offices 
This exhibit highlights Professor Kasia Apolinarski’s class: Waste and Leftovers Lab,  where they created artworks from campus' plastic, paper, electronic waste etc., produce natural pigments from campus food/plant waste, and dirt, and uses prunes, weeds, branches, fibers, etc., to make a woven compost container for the community garden.

WEIGH THE WASTE @ THE PIONEER KITCHEN
Pioneer Kitchen, near the waste bins
This event highlights the impact of food waste and displays a visual of food waste generated within a dining hour. It is also an opportunity for students to learn more about the Dining Commons’ sustainability practices and goals.

EB JAMBOREE: EARTH DAY CARNIVAL GAMES
Music Building Lawn
EB Jamboree is a carnival fair with food, games, and a musical guest! The Office of Sustainability and the ASI Sustainability Director will be hosting mini activities at their booths. The ASI Sustainability Director will be doing a fossil fuel can toss, and you’ll have a chance to win some prizes and get some giveaways!

The Green Resources Fair is an opportunity for students to learn about and engage with on-campus and community organizations committed to sustainability. We will be handing out mini goodie bags to students who complete the passport! Visit the ASI table and talk to the Director of Sustainability, the Office of Sustainability table to meet the sustainability team, and much more!

CITYWIDE COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP & COMMUNITY FAIR

Join the ASI Director of Sustainability at the Annual Earth Day Citywide Clean-Up & Community Fair at Weekes Park, where volunteers join together to collect litter and abandoned debris in various neighborhoods throughout the City. After the citywide cleanup, there is an Earth Day-themed Community Fair at the park, where other organizations will have the opportunity to host activities and educational booths. ASI Sustainability will have some pamphlets on sustainability on the campus and giveaways for the community. 

If you are interested in volunteering, please reserve a spot: . You can join even if you do not reserve a spot. You can come in person on the day of the cleanup.
